Joe Rogan
Joseph James Rogan (born August 11, 1967) is an American comedian, podcast host, martial arts practitioner and political pundit.
His podcast, the The Joe Rogan Experience, is one of the most popular podcasts in the world.[1] Joe Rogan is often counted among members of the so-called Intellectual Dark Web, a group that parades itself as anti-SJW and includes a significant number of tradcons such as Jordan Peterson, Sargon of Akkad and Dave Rubin.
Political leanings[edit]
He stated that he was supporting Bernie Sanders for the 2020 Democratic nomination and that he would pick Trump over Biden in the 2020 United States presidential election in the event of a duel between these two men.[2]
Anti-male statements[edit]
In a podcast with Bill Maher,[3] Joe Rogan showed an absolute lack of empathy for men, mocked male victims of domestic violence, called MRAs assholes and denied that female-on-male rape has a significant occurrence, falsely stating that rapes of men were primarily perpetrated by other men:
Joe Rogan - That's like women who beat up men. "Women beat men up too." Like when I hear like that I'm like oh my god.
Bill Maher - Go to the gym, you should go to the gym man.
Joe Rogan - Men's rights assholes are like, there is so much to make fun of men's rights guys but I had one of them on my comedy specials. I had a bit about it where they were saying "do you know that men get raped more often than women?" I go yeah, by other men you fucking idiot. Bill Maher - Right, exactly.
Joe Rogan - Like (laugh) like what do you think? Chicks are out there raping dudes? Cheerleaders are out there raping cops?
Other positions on men's issues[edit]
Joe Rogan expressed opposition against circumcision.[4] He also said that MRAs had a point regarding divorce, alimony and child custody laws.[5]
